Art at SFO
"The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the country's only airport with a museum program accredited by the American Association of Museums. Exhibits are scattered through various terminals and change several times a month."- NPR on SFO
Hard not to imagine art in airports as "airport art" or even "corporate art."
I'll admit that I never look at the exhibits while walking through Terminal 3 because I like to run down those bouncy motorized walkways. So bouncy!
By the way, does anyone else think that SFO

looks a bit like Deep Space 9? Radiating appendages...?

Don't think any less of me.

book forest
Not only do I love Michael Kimmelman, but this "book forest" featured in his article re D.I.Y. culture - mmmmm!! Give-and-take reading is not new, but this idea is so sweet. Reminds me of Jo's idea to make reading sexier by turning the rusty old birdcage on my attic balcony into a beside table and bookshelf.

Really like this cerulean ottoman, succulents as centerpiece, and giant tray as table.
